We do not charge a fee for our initial advice as we are normally paid commission by the Mortgage Lenders and Insurance Companies concerned. You may choose to pay a fee if desired. The exact amount will depend upon your circumstances but we estimate that it will not exceed 0.5% of the mortgage loan. At the time of applying for an Agreement In Principal or Decision In Principal, Taylor Made Mortgages shall charge you an Administration Fee of £250. This is to cover our expenditure on your behalf and can be paid by Debit or Credit Card.
